Quality Policy
SCiAN Services is committed to maintaining the highest standards
for value, quality, return on investment and support in all our
services. We invest in training our personnel with current methods
and practices of the industry and applying leading-edge
technologies and practices to the services we provide.
We will provide our clients with knowledge and experience to
ensure the success of every study and customize our approach to
meet the individual needs of each client.
We adhere to the following principles for delivering
services:
- Scientific, ethical, regulatory (Health Canada, FDA, EMEA and
includes all applicable ICH regulations), and corporate objectives
of the studies/projects interpreted in the framework of the
clinical development phase.
- Understanding and responding to client needs and project
requirements.
- Maintenance of confidentiality and integrity of information in
our care.
- Transparency in tasks/services performed.
- Secure storage/maintenance and retrieval of information.
- Effective project-specific quality reviews to ensure compliance
with SciAn's policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance
SCiAN maintains a Quality System modeled after ISO 9001:2008. We
maintain policies and procedures including auditing, personnel
training and qualification, document management, deviation
reporting and records retention.
