Our Project Management Team believes in open communication. Sponsors communicate directly with our Project Manager on any change requests. This standard of service, combined with edc^pro 's flexible change management processes, ensures that:

1. Typically, changes are incorporated within 24 hours of receiving the request
2. Changes to the database causes minimal or no down time
3. Database integrity remains un-compromised
   

Changes to the design and/or configuration of the database are performed as per our SOPs and Part 11 requirements in mind (planning, implementation, testing, documentation and release / notification).
